We offer Free Standard Shipping anywhere in the United States. Once we receive your order it will be processed within 1-2 business days. After your order has been processed, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery. Please note, your items may arrive in separate packages. We will provide shipment information to track your packages as soon as they are shipped.
You may return a new, unused, and unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. Please contact email@example.com and we will coordinate your return with us.
Refunds are processed once we have received the returned item(s). Please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund request.
If we send you the wrong item we will provide an exchange at no additional cost. Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Accidents happen. If you receive a damaged item upon delivery, please notify us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include a picture of the damaged item(s) and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
